- Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and charged monthly; Teams and Business can also pay annually and get two months free.
- Personal and Family plans start with a 7-day free trial; Teams and Business with 14 days. You can cancel any time before it ends.
- Need more room? Extra encrypted storage can be added to any personal plan.
- Payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
- If a renewal payment fails, we try your card again two days later. If that also fails, your vault locks until you pay, and your data stays safe for 12 months.
How much does The Secrets Vault cost?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Personal and Family plans include a 7-day free trial and Teams and Business a 14-day trial. A card is needed to start, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your encrypted data is kept for 12 months in case you come back. You can also delete your account and data permanently.
How are payments handled?
Through PayFast, a South African payment gateway. Card details go straight to PayFast; we never see or store them. Prices are in rand, so there are no currency conversion fees on South African cards.
