Teams & Business

One vault for the whole team. Readable by none of us.

The Secrets Vault for Teams and Business is a zero-knowledge password manager for South African companies. Staff share logins, documents and keys through encrypted collections, each opened only by the people granted it, while admins manage roles, policies and an audit log. Priced per user in rand, hosted in South Africa.

01 / Built for shared work

Share passwords without sharing control.

Stop pasting passwords into chat. Give each person exactly the access their job needs, and take it back in one click.

Shared collections, opened only by who you choose

Group credentials, documents and keys into collections such as Finance, Social media or Servers, and grant each one per person. Every collection has its own encryption key, wrapped only for the members who hold it.

  • Per-collection access
  • Files & documents too
  • End-to-end encrypted

Roles that match your org chart

Owner, admin, manager and member roles decide who can invite people, manage collections and change settings.

  • 4 roles
  • Email invites

Clean offboarding

Remove someone and their access ends. The keys they held are rotated, so a copied key opens nothing new.

  • Key rotation on removal

Audit log

See who joined, who was granted what and which settings changed. Export it to CSV for your records.

  • CSV export

Policies you can enforce

Require two-factor authentication for everyone who opens a shared collection. Business adds controls on share links and vault export, and a minimum password strength for shared items.

  • Require 2FA (Teams)
  • Share-link & export controls (Business)
  • Password-strength minimum (Business)

Groups and account recovery (Business)

Grant collections to whole groups instead of one person at a time, and let staff opt in to admin-assisted recovery if they forget their master password. The company never holds their vault key in the clear.

  • Groups
  • Opt-in recovery with sealed keys
  • Every member keeps a private vault

What is the best password manager for a small business in South Africa?

Look for zero-knowledge encryption, per-person access to shared passwords, an audit log and local billing. The Secrets Vault Teams plan covers all four from R75 per user a month, priced in rand and hosted in South Africa, with a 14-day free trial.

Can admins see employees’ passwords?

No. Admins control who may open each shared collection, but every item is encrypted on the member’s device. Each person’s private vault stays private, and nobody at The Secrets Vault can read either.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

Remove them from the organisation and their access to shared collections ends immediately. The keys they held are rotated, so anything they may have copied opens nothing new.

How is Teams billed?

Per user per month in rand: R75 for Teams (minimum 3 users) and R130 for Business (minimum 10). Pay annually and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Both start with a 14-day free trial.

Is it POPIA-friendly?

Your data is stored in South Africa, encrypted before it leaves each device, and we process personal information in line with POPIA. The audit log helps you show who had access to what.
